Communications Code 2026 published

The Communications Code 2026 establishes a modern fictional framework for communications networks and services across BAO.

What the Code covers

The Code brings together requirements for service providers, network operators and regulated licence holders. It introduces clearer expectations for consumer protection, network security and continuity of essential services.
